In most cases, the bands and cheer teams for collegiate sports are added elements to the main attraction of THE GAME. They pep you up. They entertain during timeouts. It's all part of the atmosphere that makes college sports special.

But what if I told you, that the Winston Salem State University cheer team stole the show this weekend?

I've never seen anything like it.

WSSU Cheer Team

In lifted poses, the "QB" hands the ball off to the "RB", and she proceeds to truck 4-5 "defenders". IF that's not enough for you, the scoring cheerleader strikes the snorkel celebration as she's lowered to the ground.

Honestly, I give it a 9.4 performance.

Even better than all the theatrics on the sidelines, it not only captivated fans in attendance, but it captivated the players...

I took the liberty to circle the observations being made. Game action taking place, meanwhile this is MUCH MORE entertaining.
