Rocked The Block, Rd 2

It's not every day that you're cruising the city of High Point and see a basketball court set up in the middle of an intersection. I don't know about you, but I think it's one of the coolest scenes for downtown.

For the second year in-a-row, High Point University held their block party kickoff for men's and women's basketball teams. The teams rolled up in a bus, introduced themselves to awaiting fans, went through some modified drills, shot hoops with some kids, and signed autographs.

The pep-band was playing, while the cheer and dance teams tossed out some souvenirs.

You add in some face painting, raffles, and....
